By unmanned, I mean the aircraft are either operated by pilots on the ground, or operate autonomously. Are advances in military technology such as the creation of the MQ-9 reaper and the RQ-4 Global Hawk going to transfer to the civilian world? have any prototypes been made? Is general aviation as well as commercial aviation close to losing its aerial pilots? Should civilian pilots be fearing the loss of their jobs in the air or completely?
Basically, how far along in unmanned technology outside of the military.

I’m speaking of something that is small enough for light aircraft not equipped with radar or transponder.I think it could be useful as an anti-collision device in some cicumstances.If you have ever seen a flash from a signal mirror or a shiny surface then you know what I am thinking about. Thanks

I grew up with Monogram and Revell but are there other companies out there that now make the best quality plastic model kits. I want to start building and painting new WWII aircraft models and need to know what company to look at for the best quality, detail and good decals. My old colection was lost in a fire 30 years ago and again want to get back into the hobby.
