What paper work do I need for him, and from what I am told why do i need to do a whole new checkride, when i already have my pilots license? i can still fly with the flight school, and rent their aircraft, but this gly is like 30 minutes closer, than the flight school. but why do i need to do a new checkride, and if i do what are we going to be doing? tell me everything.

I used to think you used all the planes in the fleet, but I heard a lot of people say they are like, 767 pilots or 737 pilots, etc…So, for example. If I fly for Alaska, will I fly both the md-80 and the 737, or just one?
