What is the most difficult commercial aircraft to control in bad weather?

Actually, what type of aircraft, when you get into some heavy wx, winds, rain/snow etc. do you say, “this aircraft is a pig in this type of weather” difficult to handle, constantly needs trim change, etc. also, which type handles the best in bad weather, needs little correction, handles well..
