Will Air Force aircraft be completely unmanned by 2035?

A friend of mine told me that the Air Force is planning on replacing the vast majority of their combat and reconnaissance aircraft with UAV’s by 2035, but I can’t find anything to back this up. Has anyone else heard of plans like these?

 

Could I be assigned to a UAV as a tactical aircraft maintenance apprentice in the USAF?
