in opposite directions, the b737 travels 5 times the speed of the piper. If in 4 hours they are 2,160 miles apart, find the speed of each aircraft.

How fast is the distance between the aircraft and the observation point changing?

An airplane that is 4000 ft. in the air and is going 300 mph is being tracked at an observation point. At that moment the observation points elevation angle is pi/6. How fast is the angle decreasing? How fast is the distance between the aircraft and the observation point changing? (one mile= 5280 feet).

***showing how you solved the problem would be great.
the plane is flying directly away from the observation point.
